SCOPE OF WORK
Hi all,
Please see below for the detailed scope of work for EDF’s upcoming design projects. I have included projected low and high time estimates (calculated in hours) for each asset, as well as the total budget estimates. I have also outlined a “retainer” option for your consideration.

DESIGN
RETAINER
With the design retainer, I can allocate a guaranteed number of hours each month at a reduced rate. Payments will occur on a scheduled basis at a reduced, fixed rate of $150/hr (25% discount).
Given the scope of work and the timeline we’ve discussed internally, it seems like 20 hours/month might be a good place to start with a three-month long contract that would take us through the end of May.

Monthly hours can apply to any EDF project and are not limited to those listed above.
Process
As design requests come in, I try to respond to most requests with a draft within 48 hours. We can adjust timelines if projects demand more attention.
Small revisions may have a shorter turnaround, especially on event materials in the days before showtime.
